DOCUMENT INTELLIGENCE

From the inbox to the ledger entry, without retyping

Invoices, medical reports, contracts, delivery notes — by e-mail, by post, as a photo from the building site. Our system reads them in seconds, pulls out the values, checks them against your rules and files them. What is unambiguous goes straight through. What is not lands on a desk, with the reason right beside it.

In service — dashboard and processing are running in production.

What Document Intelligence does

A document management system with judgement: capture, classification, extraction, checking and filing in a single pass — not in five separate tools.

It runs inside your environment, not alongside it. The values it reads go where you already work: into the ERP, the CRM, the accounting system, the archive. You change nothing — we connect to what you already have.

What the machine can do reliably, it does on its own. Where experience is needed, it stops and puts the case in front of a person. With a reason, not with a percentage.

Every step goes into the log. In an audit you do not show that you decided correctly — you show why.

Who it is for

Who works with it

Fiduciaries and accountingYou earn your money on advice, not on data entry. The less time the documents eat up, the more is left for the work your clients are actually paying you for.
Insurers and health insurersChecking quality that does not depend on the day. The thousandth invoice is checked by the same rules as the first.
Medical practices and clinicsValues arrive in the record in structured form, without anyone retyping them. Fewer transfer errors — and practice staff go back to practice work.
Public administrationRetention periods and the duty to give information, without paper chaos. Whoever asks gets an answer with the document attached, even years later.

How a document runs through

Eight steps from arrival to filing. What is unambiguous goes straight through. Where judgement is called for — an amount above the threshold, a contradiction in the document, medicine or insurance — the system stops and presents the case.

A document arrives — as an upload or as an e-mail attachment.

The document on the left is synthetic. As it is read, the line the value came from lights up — that is exactly what we mean by traceable. In the case shown, the system stops before release because a rule applies. If a document runs through cleanly, that stop does not happen. It is filed either way — in the customer file of your CRM, in the folder on the drive or in the spreadsheet you work with.

In practice

Four industries, Four outcomes

The same system, four different documents — and four different outcomes. Accounting is one of them, not the purpose.

Findings and values from the medical report

The report arrives as a PDF or a fax, and the values have to go into the record. Today somebody retypes them — and retyping is where the errors come from that nobody ever finds again.
