How an e-mail is processed

From the incoming mail to the checked document: the envelope opens, the attachment moves across. It connects to your existing mailbox — no new interface that nobody wants to log into. Recognise, assign, prioritise, prepare a reply, and bring forward the cases with a deadline attached. Decisions run through the same decision engine as everywhere else: with maturity level, stop and log.
